Project manager (f/m/d) property monitoring TGA HLSK

Role Summary

Do you like being on site at the construction site and always keeping an overview, even with complex technical building projects? Your focus is on technical building equipment (KG 400 – heating, ventilation, plumbing, air conditioning)?

Join our growing TGA team and take responsibility for demanding construction projects in the industrial sector. In your role as project manager for supply technology, you control the planning and implementation of the ventilation, plumbing and sprinkler systems across all project phases and actively contribute your expertise to the project design.

Responsibilities

Independent management and control of construction projects in the area of supply technology (ventilation, plumbing and sprinklers) from planning to commissioning

• Control and coordination of external planning offices, specialist companies and subcontractors
• Ensuring quality, costs and deadlines as well as supplement and change management during the course of the project
• Carrying out construction meetings and coordination with builders, users and authorities
• Examination of planning documents, service specifications and technical concepts as well as identification of technical risks and development of solution strategies
• Accompanying acceptance, commissioning and handovers as well as support in the further development of standards and processes in construction management

Requirements

• Completed studies in utility/building technology or comparable qualification (technician/master craftsman)
• Several years of professional experience in construction management, construction supervision or TGA project management
• Safe handling of VOB, HOAI and relevant technical regulations
• Experience in the area of fire protection would also be desirable
• Willingness to travel for project-related purposes
• Assertiveness, communication skills and team spirit
