Project manager (f/m/d) building construction

Role Summary

Do you have experience in project management and would you like to manage demanding construction projects independently? With us, you take responsibility for exciting construction projects – from the initial idea to successful implementation. We implement projects in a wide variety of areas - this position focuses on exciting projects in the industrial and real estate environment. During the application process, we will find out together which team and which orientation suits you best.

• Independent support in project management of demanding construction projects throughout all phases of performance
• Assumption of responsibility in the areas of scheduling, cost and quality management as well as tendering and contracts
• Coordination, communication and coordination with all project participants throughout the entire project
• Gradual takeover of sub-project management and representation of the project management
• Central contact person for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in project management of building construction projects
• Good knowledge of HOAI, AHO, VOB and good knowledge of MS Project
• Continuous network expansion as well as skill and persuasiveness in interacting with different project participants
• Strong comprehension, analytical and logical way of thinking and high communication skills as well as a convincing appearance
