Managing demanding building construction projects in residential and neighborhood construction from the early concept phase to turnkey handover in Northern Germany

Control deadlines, costs and quality in accordance with the AHO performance profile and internal project management standards and report transparently to our clients

• Coordinate interdisciplinary project teams from planning, construction management, technology and external partners across all service phases
• Take on the central contact role for our customers and represent their interests to authorities, planning and execution partners
• Ensure efficient contract, supplementary and risk management and support the implementation of project results
• Recognize additional project needs, develop optimization suggestions and actively contribute your expertise to acquisition and offer processes

Requirements

• Completed studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering, construction or a comparable qualification
• Several years of relevant professional experience in project management or project management of building construction projects
• In-depth knowledge of controlling costs, deadlines and quality according to AHO as well as the application of common project management methods
• Experience in leading and motivating interdisciplinary project teams as well as in professional dealings with clients and subcontractors
• Confident handling of HOAI, VOB and relevant contract models as well as enjoyment of actively managing legal and economic project issues

Strong communication and organizational strengths, a high level of personal responsibility and enthusiasm for sustainable, future-proof building construction solutions
