Project Manager Building Construction (f/m/d) for industrial projects

Role Summary

Do you not only want to plan industrial projects, but also actively manage them on the construction site and lead them to success? Do you think entrepreneurially, act in a solution-oriented manner and maintain an overview even in complex projects? Then take on responsibility for exciting construction projects with sustainable added value in the DACH region as soon as possible.

• Participation in the control and coordination of demanding building construction projects in industrial construction from conception to commissioning
• Active support and participation in the construction work on site, taking into account deadlines, costs and quality goals
• Participation in the economic management of projects including supplementary management as well as offer and contract processes
• Coordination of the trades involved and coordination of the interfaces to plant construction
• Contact person for customers, specialist planners, subcontractors and internal project participants in the respective area of responsibility
• Ensuring structured project documentation and regular reporting on the project status

Requirements

• Completed studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture, mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in construction project management or in the construction management of sophisticated industrial and production buildings
• Very good knowledge of relevant regulations such as HOAI and VOB

Structured, independent way of working and a confident demeanor when dealing with different project participants, stakeholders and interdisciplinary project teams

• Strong communication and teamwork skills in interdisciplinary project teams
• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English for working with international partners
• Willingness to travel for project-related purposes
