Role Summary

  • Participation in the planning of transport system projects in the areas of rail and road in the various service phases of the HOAI
  • Creation and editing of planning documents, technical reports and specialist articles
  • Support for new construction, expansion and conversion projects of the transport infrastructure
  • Coordination with internal departments and external project participants
  • Participation in variant investigations, feasibility studies and approval processes
  • Supporting the project management with scheduling, cost and resource planning
  • Participation in the quality assurance of planning services
  • Collaboration on sustainable and future-oriented infrastructure projects in the areas of rail and road

Confident use of MS Office. Initial experience with CAD-supported planning systems is an advantage. Knowledge of ProVI, Civil 3D or comparable applications is desirable. Basic knowledge of BIM-based planning methods is an advantage.

Requirements

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, traffic engineering or a comparable technical field. Initial professional experience in the planning of traffic systems or infrastructure projects is desirable. Knowledge of planning processes in the area of transport infrastructure is an advantage. Ideally, initial experience in the area of rail or road transport systems. Interest in complex infrastructure projects and the further development of modern mobility solutions.

Skills

Understanding of technical and organizational relationships within infrastructure projects. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of spoken and written English. Interest in interdisciplinary collaboration and professional development.
