Program & Project Controller (d/m/w) [26137]

Role Summary

The job holder (m/f/d) is responsible for the following tasks:

Comprehensive commercial project management over the entire duration of the project;

Cost and project structuring: Definition and establishment of project cost structures (WBS/CBS) in close coordination with project management to ensure transparent cost tracking;

Commercial planning in SAP, control and monitoring of projects (sales, costs, cash flow);

Regular preparation of reports on sales, costs and other key figures (plan and actual) as well as determination of causes in the event of deviations between target and actual values;

• Proactive, controlling support of the project teams by providing relevant key figures and recommendations for action to ensure the program goals;
• Carrying out contractual invoicing and active management of incoming payments to secure liquidity;
• Preparation of offer calculations and support in preparing offers;

Commercial offer negotiation Development of well-founded business cases for the economic evaluation of new product launches and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

You have the following qualifications and relevant experience

• Comparable qualification or industrial engineer or business administration, at least bachelor's degree;
• Controlling, at least over 4 years;
• Contract management, at least over 4 years;
• MS Office, at least detailed. special knowledge;
• SAP-FI/CO experience is a great advantage;
• Experience with Jira preferred;
• Project management, at least good knowledge;
• German, at least business fluent;
• English, at least business fluent;
