Responsibilities

Purpose of the position

  • Plan production and data analysis to optimize processes and material flow; enabling product availability in accordance with the commercial strategy and actively contributing to the operational excellence of the Site
  • Follow the internal work regulations and safety requirements established by the company
  • Comply with and share the Avery Dennison ethics and values policy
  • Continuously analyze inventory levels, the master production plan (Inload) and sales forecast; to determine the correct production program according to inventory policies.
  • Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing processes, as well as coordinate with various departments to align production plans with demand forecasts and inventory levels.
  • Evaluate the operational performance of production to compare it with the original plan.
  • Review action plans with the teams involved to achieve compliance with adherence to the plan. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and best practices.
  • Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to streamline operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate closely with the purchasing team to ensure optimal stock levels of raw materials and components.
  • Help manage inventory turnover and minimize excess stock.
  • Assist in resolving production-related issues as they arise, working to minimize disruptions and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, inventory status and other relevant metrics.
  • Highlight key results and action areas to management.
  • Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing processes, as well as coordinate with various departments to align production plans with demand forecasts and inventory levels.
  • Analyze production data and key performance indicators to identify trends, inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Provide practical information and recommendations to improve productivity and reduce costs at the same time.
  • Apply and promote the 5's in your work area as well as the safety policies and culture on the Site.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Engineering
  • English B2
  • 3 years of experience in a similar position
