Production employee (m/f/d) - limited until December 31, 2026

Role Summary

We are looking for motivated production employees for conveyor belt production at the Northeim location. As a global partner, we supply our customers worldwide from Northeim with high-quality belt solutions in various sectors and industries. Working as a production employee includes the following tasks:

Operating modern production systems and machines with precision and care

Carrying out quality controls in accordance with production specifications

Work within the production team to ensure a smooth and efficient production process.

• Monitoring of systems and production processes
• Maintain and maintain the work area
• Compliance with valid occupational safety regulations

Requirements

• Completed technical Vocational training or proven technical understanding (changers from technical areas or skilled trades are welcome)
• Good knowledge of spoken and written German; Basic knowledge of English is an advantage
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work in a 4-shift operation, including regular weekend work
• Basic math skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions
• Physical resilience
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
• Ability to adapt to changing production requirements and quickly learn new processes
