Product Engineering Intern

Role Summary

Product Engineering Intern (m/f/d) with option to take over

We build the AI-native ERP system for plumbing, heating and air conditioning (SHK) companies. Our pre-seed round has closed. Since going live, we have gained 10 customers. For the next phase of growth we are looking for a Founder's Associate as an intern.

You work closely with the founding team and take on real responsibility right from the start in a role that you help shape.

Responsibilities

• You build product features from start to finish. From the specific customer problem to the first prototype to the rolled out feature, you are responsible for the entire journey.
• You develop the AI agents and automations that power our operating system. You build the systems with which we reliably automate recurring processes for our customers.
• You translate customer feedback into product decisions. You are close to the users, understand their workflows in detail and determine what we will build next.
• You integrate yourself deeply into the industry. We don't build a generic SaaS, but rather we integrate the product closely with our customers' real processes. We expect the same depth in your technical understanding of these processes.

Requirements

• You are studying (business) computer science, a comparable subject or have a corresponding degree. You think in a structured way and still deliver quickly.
• You can build. You have already implemented your own projects or gained internship experience in software development and can get things running reliably.
• You use modern AI tools to develop quickly and with high quality.
• You feel comfortable in direct contact with our customers. You can explain technical topics in an understandable way and translate feedback from conversations into concrete improvements.
• You speak very good German, as our customers work exclusively in German.
• You are looking for ownership and great creative freedom instead of narrowly defined specifications.
