PreMaster Program - Junior Controller in Production Controlling in Semiconductor Manufacturing (f/m/div.)

Role Summary

Shape the further development of production controlling together with us!

You will independently take care of production areas with regard to various controlling tasks (e.g. monthly comments, budget reports, finding measures, etc.). Together with the department, you will create a roadmap for improving cost structures and identify measures.

In addition, you will support the optimization and automation of processes and procedures. This includes the digitalization of reporting and the further development of the internal documentation and system landscape.

You will gain a wide range of insights into production controlling and production processes.

You prepare analyzes and presentations that help with overall economic optimization!

Requirements

• Education: Above-average completed university degree (Bachelor) in the field of business administration, economics, business informatics or a comparable course of study with the specific intention of subsequently pursuing a master's degree.
• Personality and way of working: strong communication and analytical skills, high reliability, structured work, team player
• Experience and know-how: excellent MS Office knowledge, experience with databases such as SAP Business Warehouse or Oracle is an advantage, experience with BI tools, e.g. Power BI, is also advantageous
• Enthusiasm: numbers and data, close integration of theory and practice
• Languages: Good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written

Benefits

The Bosch PreMaster program is a two-stage qualification program for committed bachelor's graduates who aim to complete a master's degree. After completing your bachelor's degree, the first phase offers up to 12 months of practical experience as part of a gap year in order to get to know the technical and entrepreneurial context. The second phase includes the master's degree and includes further practical insights in the context of student employment as well as personal mentoring on the way to successful completion.
