PreMaster program in the field of series production - engineer (f/m/div.)

Role Summary

As an engineer, you support series production in an innovative environment.

You are the central contact person for development, production, quality assurance and our customers.

You track the quality, yields and deadlines of the products you manage and handle incidents and production issues.

You define and implement corrective measures for problems in production.

You independently lead working groups and work on cross-product improvement projects and drive their implementation.

Requirements

• Education: Completed university degree (Bachelor) in the field of engineering, industrial engineering, production management or a comparable course of study as well as the specific intention to pursue a master's degree afterwards.
• Personality and way of working: Ability to work together, assertiveness, systematic way of working, initiative, creativity
• Experience and know-how: Technical understanding, initial experience in one of the areas of production, development, sensor technology, measurement technology or programming would be desirable, interest in working in a production environment.
• Languages: good knowledge of spoken and written German and English

Benefits

The Bosch PreMaster program is a two-stage qualification program for committed bachelor's graduates who aim to complete a master's degree. After completing your bachelor's degree, the first phase offers up to 12 months of practical experience to get to know the technical and business contexts. The second phase includes the master's degree and includes further events and seminars as well as personal support from a mentor on the way to successful completion.
