Role Summary
For the area of Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) / Lean Management in Production & Logistics at the Villingen-Schwenningen location, we are looking for a student (m/f/diverse) for the summer semester from March 2027 as part of a compulsory internship for 6 months.
A combination of voluntary and compulsory internships is possible. The compulsory part is at least 12 weeks. The main tasks are carried out on-site at our Villingen location, but 1-2 days of remote work in the home office is also possible by arrangement.

Tasks include
- Participation in projects on the topics of continuous improvement processes (CIP) and lean management
- Process actual recordings in production and logistics
- Support, preparation and implementation of CIP workshops
- Taking over sub-projects
Requirements

- Students in the field of mechanical engineering, medical technology, industrial engineering, (business) computer science or a comparable course of study
- Confident handling of common MS Office programs
- Basic knowledge of quality management is an advantage
- Fluent written and spoken German skills are essential for close collaboration with production
- Good written and spoken English skills are important for corporate communication
- In addition to these professional requirements, we also look for certain characteristics and skills:
- Team spirit, independence & analytical thinking
