Role Summary
You manage projects in the area of digitalization and automation (e.g. Early Warning, Paperless, Industry 4.0, recipe management, RFID).
You carry out weak point analysis of current processes and the implementation of potential for improvement.
You drive forward standardization within the framework of process improvements, checklists and documentation.
You operate equipment management in the sense of maintenance, repair and spare parts management.
We determine the focus of the activity together and focus on your interests and skills.
Requirements
Education: Above-average completed university degree (Bachelor) in the field of mechanical engineering, mechatronics, computer science, industrial engineering or a comparable course of study and a specific intention to pursue a Master's degree afterwards
- Experience and know-how: Interest in working in the technical environment of semiconductor production as well as technical understanding
- Working style: structured, independent and reliable
- Languages: very good spoken and written German
Benefits
The Bosch PreMaster program is a two-stage qualification program for committed bachelor's graduates who aim to complete a master's degree. After completing your bachelor's degree, the first phase offers up to 12 months of practical experience as part of a gap year in order to get to know the technical and entrepreneurial context. The second phase includes the master's degree and includes further practical insights in the context of student employment as well as personal mentoring on the way to successful completion.
