Role Summary
- You support our team in the areas of customer project management, governance & excellence - with a focus on pre-series and sample business
- You actively drive forward the digitalization of processes and work on increasing profitability
- You will independently report KPIs and plan sample requirements in a global sales organization
- In your own project you develop and optimize Power BI dashboards - your ideas are expressly requested
- Together as a team, you will develop concrete measures to increase efficiency and support their implementation
- You will gain insights into project and acquisition management and work closely with international sales colleagues
- Networking with related areas such as software, quality, purchasing and sales

Requirements
- Education: Above-average bachelor's degree (e.g. industrial engineering, business administration, business informatics, etc.), clear intention to pursue a master's degree afterwards
- Experience and know-how: Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (pivot, data analysis), experience with Power BI and interest in databases, coding and AI
- Personality and way of working: Analytical, structured and independent way of working
- Languages: Very good knowledge of German and English
