• Experience with rollouts across multiple locations or with practice groups/MVZ
• Knowledge of project management methods and tools
• Training or studies in the health sector (e.g. MFA, practice management, health management)

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for onboarding projects end-to-end: from kickoff / requirements interview through setup and training to successful go-live. By the way: we work completely virtually with our customers!
• You control several projects in parallel and keep an eye on deadlines, dependencies and open points
• In particular (but not only) you will look after our key accounts (from individual practices to practice groups with multiple locations) as a central contact and plan their rollouts
• You build our onboarding in a scalable way: project plans, checklists, training documents and clear quality standards
• You ensure quality at go-live: You check anonymized conversations between AI and patients, derive fine-tuning and hand over to the product/dev team in a structured manner
• You are the bridge between practice and product: You prepare prioritized findings for the team and accompany tests of new functions and integrations

Requirements

Project management experience: You have managed several customer projects in parallel and are able to achieve their goal even if additional work does not arrive on time

• Experience in healthcare, working with medical practices or in the digital health sector
• Strong organizational strength: You structure your approach yourself, document it comprehensibly and keep an overview
• Proven experience in supporting key accounts or demanding stakeholders, ideally at decision-maker level
• Hands-on mentality: You don't wait for perfect processes, but help shape them
• Empathy and service orientation: You understand how practice teams think and work - and keep an eye on process efficiency and data protection (GDPR).
• Language fluency: German at native level (C2) and good English (for product understanding and internal communication)
• Digital Affinity: Secure with CRM and practice management systems, open to new tools and AI-powered solutions
