  • What activities await you
  • The 3DEXPERIENCE Solution Architect is responsible for the conception,
  • Implementation and optimization of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) solutions based on
  • the 3DEXPERIENCE platform from Dassault Systèmes for our customers. This role acts
  • as a technical leader ensuring business requirements are translated into robust, scalable
  • technical solutions are translated and the digital transformation along engineering,

manufacturing and corporate processes.

Solution Architecture & Integration

Definition and architecture of PLM solutions based on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform

(e.g. ENOVIA, CATIA, DELMIA, EXALEAD) to meet business and technical requirements through customization, configuration, workflow design, data modeling and user interface development.

Seamlessly integrate PLM solutions with ERP, MES and other enterprise systems.

Consulting & stakeholder engagement

Develop and communicate a clear architectural vision and roadmap that aligns with the

the goals of the organization and the needs of the stakeholders.

Continuous education on industry trends and new technologies as well as advice on best practices in PLM and Dassault Systèmes methodologies to optimize customer solutions and project results.

Technical management of the PLM solution

Leading the functional and technical design process from requirements management to rollout and operations, including effective risk management throughout the entire project life cycle.

Quality management: Ensuring that project results meet expectations in terms of quality, costs and time frames, as well as maintaining comprehensive documentation and considering security and compliance standards.

Continuous improvement: Identification and recommendation of improvements to increase the robustness, usability and maintainability of the solution.

Requirements

Who we are looking for

  • At least 5 years of experience in defining, developing, implementing and maintaining complex IT and PLM solutions.
  • Demonstrable, current experience in integrating the 3DEXPERIENCE platform as well as dealing with business processes in the PLM environment and technical integration, including practical
  • Experience.
  • Deep expertise in Dassault Systèmes technologies (3DEXPERIENCE, ENOVIA, CATIA, DELMIA, EXALEAD) and in-depth understanding of operating models (On-Premise, SaaS Public, SaaS Private).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical solution building teams and collaborate efficiently across organizational boundaries.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent documentation skills, especially when creating architectural diagrams according to standards such as ARCHIMATE, UML or comparable tools.
  • Strong communication skills, a proactive approach and service orientation are just as important to us as technical expertise. Accordingly, we also expect willingness to travel and very good knowledge of German and English (C1 level).

Preferred but not required qualifications

  • Experience and/or certifications in other PLM products (e.g. Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, ARAS, Siemens NX) and their integration and customization.
  • Architecture certifications (e.g. TOGAF, ISAQB).
  • Experience or certification in agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, SAFe).
  • Experience or certification in the cloud space (e.g. Kubernetes, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
  • Experience in DevOps, CI/CD automation and security tools (e.g. SonarQube, Checkmarx).
  • Certification in IT service management (e.g. ITIL Foundation or equivalent).
