Planning coordinator for infrastructure projects (m/f/d) full-time or part-time

Role Summary

• Organization or creation of the plan package list and the planning delivery plan in coordination with the construction process and milestone planning
• Coordination of the commissioned planning offices in consultation with the first planning coordinator
• Organization and coordination of the plan review and approval run (EPLASS)
• Maintaining the plan run list Participation in the creation and updating of the holistic plan
• Preparation, evaluation and storage of all data relating to the planning and approval run based on a coordinated data structure
• Continuous control and monitoring of the planning processes and provision of data for information to the project management
• Internal control regarding the planning plausibility check and quality assurance with the specialist engineers involved
• Creation, coordination, tracking and maintenance of planning dates

• You have completed a business or engineering degree or technical training
• Ideally, you have professional experience in a comparable position as well as experience from infrastructure projects
• You are confident in using common office and PM applications such as EPLASS, iTWO, tpCDE or comparable software
• You have very good knowledge of German
• You have a high level of willingness to work on projects
