Photovoltaic Support Technician (Fluent Italian Mandatory C1/C2)

You are joining a team that evaluates the technical feasibility of systems directly in video calls with customers: you are the person who transforms a doubt into a concrete solution.

Responsibilities

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will join the Technical Support Operations team, a multidisciplinary group made up of technicians, engineers and customer experience specialists. The team operates collaboratively, with clear processes and constant support.

• International team based in Tunis, in constant collaboration with the Italy team
• Manager with technical background in renewable energy, oriented towards team growth

Requirements

Essential requirements (must have)

• Technical diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics, Energy, Thermo-hydraulics or similar disciplines.
• Solid theoretical foundations in the electrical field.
• Fluent Italian, both written and spoken (minimum level C1).
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong predisposition for continuous learning and interest in renewable energy.

Preferential requirements (nice to have)

• Previous experience in technical support or customer service roles.
• Basic knowledge of photovoltaic systems, inverters, batteries, heat pumps or photovoltaic panels.
• Familiarity with electrical laws and regulations, including non-Italian ones.

• Fluent Italian (oral and written) — it is the language you will speak with customers every day

• Attitude for continuous learning and genuine interest in renewable energy

Preferential requirements (nice to have)

• Previous experience in technical support or customer service roles
• Basic knowledge of photovoltaic systems, inverters or electrical panels
• Familiarity with electrical regulations (including non-Italian ones)
