Pflichtpraktikum SaaS Operations, Outreach & CRM Support (m/w/d)

Role Summary

We operate a modern SaaS project in the areas of creator management, customer support and e-commerce.

We are looking for support for our team in the areas of outreach, CRM, operations and digital processes.

This internship is operational and practical. You work directly on real processes in the areas of lead research, communication, customer contact and SaaS operations.

Responsibilities

• Researching and building lead and customer databases
• Maintaining and organizing CRM systems and outreach pipelines
• Support with outreach, follow-ups and appointment organization
• Communication with potential customers, creators and partners
• Support in customer support and community management
• Support with digital processes and internal operations tasks
• Analysis of SaaS, creator and marketing topics
• Support with simple social media and communication tasks

Requirements

• Studies in the field of business administration, business informatics, marketing, communication, media or comparable (compulsory internship)
• Structured and reliable way of working
• Good knowledge of German and English
• Interested in SaaS, startups, digital tools and online marketing
• Independence and personal initiative
• Confident use of digital tools and communication
