Permanent contract - Cellular Biology Laboratory Technician (M/F)

Role Summary

Attached to the immunoanalysis (IA) department / CBA laboratory.

We are recruiting a CBA Technician (M/F) in our cell biology laboratory in Saint Benoit (86). You will participate in the preparation of Bioanalytical Studies, attached to the Immunoanalysis - Cell Biology Department (IA/CBA) in the CBA laboratory.

You will carry out the analytical part of the study. You will process the data and submit the results to the Study Director for validation.

RESPONSIBILITY

Carry out the analytical part of the study, process the data and submit the results to the Study Director for validation.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

1. Start-up, adjustment and maintenance of the analytical system.
2. Carry out the operations described in an SOP.
3. Preparation and testing of calibration solutions and supplemented samples (calibration, QC, samples and validations, etc.).
4. Laboratory notebook documentation.
5. Data processing and transmission to the ED for validation.

Requirements

Expected qualifications

• Bac+2.3 in biology or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in cell biology, including cell culture and FACS
• Understanding of the technical bases of conventional operations
• Proficiency in qPCR (preferred)
• Knowledge of English (read and understood)
• Good command of office tools, particularly Excel
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
