Role Summary
As a Pega Consultant you build solutions that really help organizations move forward. You translate complex processes into smart, working applications in Pega. Not a theory, but something that works.
You work together with analysts, system architects and the customer. Sometimes you build something new from scratch. Sometimes you improve what is already there. Whatever you do: it must be scalable, logically structured and ready for change.
Responsibilities
In this role you are mainly concerned with
- Designing and realizing Pega solutions
- Building process flows, business rules and integrations
- Thinking about technical choices and scalability
You work hybrid from our office in Groningen, combined with customer locations and at home.
Requirements
You have a keen eye for how processes work and how they can be made smarter. You think logically, work in a structured manner and get energy from solutions that are not only devised, but also actually used.
- Few years of experience with Pega (preferably within complex environments)
- Experience with designing, setting up and optimizing Pega applications
- The ability to switch smoothly between business and technology
- Experience with Agile working in multidisciplinary teams
- You speak Dutch (at least B2)
Certification is a bonus, but not a must. If you understand the content and have the drive to improve, you are in the right place.
