Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced partner (m/f/d) for our Planning Excellence team who will work with us to make our customers fit for the future.

What awaits you in your job, among other things

Together with the leadership team, you will develop our presence in the area of supply chain management

You manage teams of supply chain consultants, advance innovative topics, e.g. with a focus on digitalization, and thereby support the expansion of our subject matter expertise

You design tailor-made service offerings in supply chain management issues for our customers

You drive business development activities and use your broad SCM network, tap into new market potential and thus bring our offering into the focus of new customers, especially in the DACH market

You lead sales activities along the entire sales cycle, represent our portfolio of offers and create individual proposals that show our customers how we help our customers

You manage large customer projects and thus play a key role in solving strategic challenges in the areas of supply chain transformation, operational excellence, digital SCM and sales & operations planning, e.g. in the development of planning processes or a target operating model, while communicating at C-level

We are looking for people who...

have a completed diploma/master's degree, for example in business administration, economics and/or engineering

Are experts in supply chain transformations and are passionate about translating their knowledge into solutions for our customers

have successfully and sustainably managed complex supply chain transformation projects in their many years of consulting experience - for us, software knowledge is an advantage, but not a requirement. Of particular interest here is experience in implementing SAP S/4HANA and SAP IBP. Other providers with whom we often have contact are Kinaxis, o9 and OMP. Here, too, we want to further develop our product portfolio.
