(Partial) project manager (f/m/d) TGA HLSK

Role Summary

Do you enjoy being on site at the construction site and always have the big picture in mind when it comes to your project? Your expertise lies in technical building equipment with a focus on KG400 HLSK or ELT? Then become part of our growing team that is looking for reinforcements for exciting large-scale projects in the DACH region.

Monitoring construction work in the area of building services (heating, ventilation, plumbing, air conditioning and electrical systems), including scheduling, cost control and quality assurance

• Execution and coordination of plan reviews as well as comparison of implementation plans with the technical requirements and construction practice
• Taking on internal project management tasks, for example in the areas of scheduling, risk management and budget control
• Coordinating the interfaces between technical trades, building construction trades and the companies operating on site
• Participate in tendering and award processes
• Maintaining and expanding customer relationships and building networks in the region

Requirements

Completed studies in supply engineering or a comparable engineering degree or technician/master's degree in the field of TGA, electrical engineering or HLSK (heating, ventilation, plumbing, air conditioning)

• Several years of professional experience in property monitoring
• Knowledge of tendering and awarding as well as confident handling of VOB, HOAI and the technical regulations
• Experience in plan review and coordination of implementation planning is an advantage
• Project-related travel willingness
• Assertiveness, team spirit and fun dealing with different people, teams and tasks
