(Partial) Project Manager Object Monitoring Building Construction and Outdoor Facilities (f/m/d)

Role Summary

Would you like to manage complex building construction projects holistically and be responsible for property monitoring for building construction and outdoor facilities? In this role, you will take on the management of demanding construction projects in performance phase 8 with a focus on cost groups 300 and 500. You will confidently bring together structural, technical and economic requirements, support demanding large-scale projects in the entire DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and make a significant contribution to sustainable, future-oriented real estate solutions in the industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Holistic project management of demanding building construction projects with responsibility for building and outdoor facilities (KG 300/500) with a focus on property monitoring LPH8
• Responsible for ensuring deadline, cost and quality targets as well as continuous tracking of relevant project metrics
• Control and coordination of interdisciplinary project teams as well as coordination between the client, specialist planners, general contractors and other project participants
• Safe and well-founded application of cost/additional and change management
• Responsible for compliance with security requirements and project goals

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable field, e.g. technician or master craftsman
• Several years of experience in managing complex building construction projects, ideally in automotive, industry or life science
• Safe handling of the VOB as well as in-depth knowledge of the relevant standards and regulations (DIN, HOAI, etc.)
• Knowledge of tendering and award procedures (national/international) as well as how to use digital project management tools
• Good knowledge of German and ideally good English, both spoken and written
• Willingness to travel for project-dependent multi-day assignments in the DACH region
