Oracle Business Applications Consultant

Role Summary

As an Oracle Business Applications Consultant, you help organizations get the most out of their ERP landscape. You translate business processes and needs into smart Oracle solutions and ensure that systems optimally match the goals of the organization.

You work with Oracle ERP solutions such as Oracle E-Business Suite and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud and are involved in implementations, optimizations and further development. You interact directly with customers, think about functional choices and guide them in the use of their ERP solutions.

In your role you are a trusted sparring partner for customers and colleagues. You analyze complex issues, advise on improvements and work together with other consultants and technical teams to realize robust, future-proof solutions.

Requirements

These are your strengths

You get energy from improving business processes with smart ERP solutions. You think analytically, switch easily between business and IT and know how to clearly translate complex issues into workable solutions. You feel comfortable in customer contact and take responsibility for your advice and results.

• An HBO or WO diploma in IT, business administration or a similar field and at least B2 level Dutch
• Experience as an Oracle ERP Consultant, for example with Oracle E-Business Suite and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud
• Substantive knowledge of one or more Oracle ERP modules, such as Finance, Supply Chain or HR
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into functional solutions
• You communicate clearly, work independently and enjoy collaborating with colleagues and customers

You will end up in Sopra Steria's Oracle Business Applications practice. A team in which content, collaboration and knowledge sharing are central. You work together with experienced consultants on ERP issues for customers in various sectors, from optimization to implementation and further development.

You will be given the opportunity to delve further into Oracle ERP solutions and expand your expertise. With guidance from colleagues, challenging projects and access to the Sopra Steria Academy, you will further develop your role as a trusted advisor for our customers.
