Role Summary

Your main tasks

• You take responsibility for the operational, organizational and disciplinary management of the employees in your area of responsibility
• Supports the support and development of existing customers as well as the acquisition of new customers and is involved in the preparation of the offer
• You are jointly responsible for the implementation and monitoring of compliance with Securitas guidelines, quality management and legal requirements
• You ensure the monitoring of security-relevant events and control incident management and the associated reporting
• You create service instructions, ensure that they are regularly updated and monitor compliance with them

Requirements

• Degree of certified protection and security force or higher (FKSS or security management degree)
• Good knowledge of English required
• Class B car driving license is required
• Preferably previous experience in leading a team
• Leadership experience desirable
• Certificate of good conduct without entries
• Confident use of PC and MS Office applications
