Role Summary

SPARK is aimed at renowned companies and offers state-of-the-art, technology-supported event spaces and broadcast stages. We enable companies to effectively present their products through immersive experiences and inspire their target groups.

Our comprehensive range of services includes the latest technologies such as integrated LED walls and control rooms as well as a complete event and broadcast concept. This includes catering, production support, state-of-the-art audio and video technology and sophisticated event design. Additionally, we offer versatile meeting rooms, collaboration spaces and an impressive rooftop terrace to maximize the customer experience.

SPARK operates locations in Frankfurt and Berlin, and is planning further expansion throughout Germany and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Standards of Excellence: Define, implement, maintain and review operational processes that ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction during SPARK's expansion phase.
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop the delivery and operations team and set standards of excellence in every area of site management.
• Customer satisfaction: Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and loyalty through first-class service for SPARK customers and their guests, as well as careful processing of inquiries.
• Space management: Take responsibility for all event, workshop and meeting and office spaces, including regular inspections of the front and back of house, conducting cleaning audits and adhering to safety regulations.

Requirements

• Completed studies or vocational training in the hotel industry or a comparable qualification.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English skills are required.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team to ensure a world-class customer experience.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with an understanding of SPARK's business model.
