To strengthen our dynamic team Eurofins Umwelt Ost GmbH, we are looking for you as a full-time employee (m/f/d) in a permanent position at the Freiberg location as soon as possible.

As an employee (m/f/d) in our service team, you are responsible for communication (mainly by email) regarding appointment and service requests in close cooperation with the laboratory and customer service.

You will be responsible for order coordination and tracking of customer orders in the LIMS (laboratory information management system) to ensure on-time delivery.

Coordinating the technical coordination of order processing with customer service, sales and laboratory management is also part of your area of responsibility.

You will also record clarification cases (samples) from the sample receipt and the laboratory, including the presentation of the technical feasibility in the laboratory.

In addition, you will process returned emails from clarification cases professionally and will be responsible for communication with sample receipt or, if necessary, with the relevant laboratory department.

Requirements

• Ideally, you have a successfully completed bachelor's degree in natural sciences, completed technical and scientific vocational training (CTA, BTA, MTA, UTA, chemical laboratory technician) or comparable qualification (if suitable, career changers and dropouts are welcome).
• You enjoy changing challenges and have an independent, reliable and customer-oriented way of working.

You have good teamwork and communication skills

• You also keep a cool head even in stressful situations, are assertive and act on your own initiative.
• A confident use of IT systems (Windows, MS Office) as well as good knowledge of German round off your profile.
