Role Summary

Your main tasks

Ice Hockey and Basketball: You are the guardian of the arena while the players do their best on the ice and on the court. You ensure that the fans can cheer safely - without getting a puck or ball in the face!

Event action: No matter whether it's ice hockey or basketball - you are our security professional who ensures that everything runs smoothly. You are the reason people can relax while cheering on their favorite team!

Team spirit: You'll work with a great team of like-minded people who are just as passionate about safety and fun as you are. Together you'll ensure that every event is a complete success!

Tasks: First contact person for event guests, ticket and security checks in the entrance area, instructing the vehicles in the loading zone, and much more.

Requirements

This is what you bring with you

• Min. IHK expertise test according to §34a GewO (for group, section or operations leaders (m/f/d))
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German (at least level B2)
• Minimum age 18 years
• An eye for detail - you notice everything from the fan's crooked hat to the final safety precautions
• A friendly smile – because a little charm is never a bad idea, even in the security industry
• The ability to keep a cool head even in hectic moments - after all, ice hockey can get heated
• Resident in Germany for at least 5 years
• No previous convictions or relevant entries in the criminal record
