• You prepare for the workday by preparing coffee and breakfast and keeping the common areas well-stocked at all times.
• You’re proactive and take ownership over managing inventory and ordering your location’s supplies.

• You add new members into multiple systems so their first day in your office is seamless and memorable.
• You assist a member with IT or wifi issues should they ever come up - no job is too big or too small for you to tackle.
• You dip your toe in local marketing events - ensuring any prospective member knows the true value of our flexible solutions.
• You take a walk in-tour while your Member Experience Manager is assisting another potential member.

This role will be performed on-site five days per week. Candidates should live in or within easy reach of the city specified for this role.

As a Member Experience Associate at Industrious, you are the heart of the member experience. You ensure fulfilling working days for everyone who enters your office. Your everyday life can look different - here is a possible daily routine:

• Your workplace is our reception - so you are the first one our members see
• You prepare for everyday work by preparing coffee and breakfast and keeping the common areas well-equipped.
• You act with foresight and independently manage inventory and reorder consumables.
• You plan and realize attractive events and design high-quality signage - with the awareness that the difference often lies in the details.
• You create new members in our systems and ensure that your first day goes smoothly, efficiently and invitingly.
• You support members with technical questions, whether IT or WLAN-related - no challenge is too big or too small for you.
• You represent us in local marketing activities and help show potential members the added value of our flexible solutions.
• You guide interested parties competently through our premises.

Requirements

• Perform repetitive tasks that require regular lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling of objects (up to 12 kg).
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, stretch, and walk long distances for extended periods of time.
• Operate various equipment and machines including printers, dishwashers, blenders, snack carts, knives and other kitchen utensils.
• Participate in food preparation and cleaning activities in strict compliance with all applicable health and safety guidelines, including the appropriate use of cleaning products and equipment.
• Ensuring a consistently hygienic working environment and consistently implementing all safety and hygiene protocols.

This position is a full-time position with 40 hours/week. The successful candidate's actual base compensation will depend on various factors including, but not limited to, work experience, professional knowledge, skills and qualifications.

Base salary and bonus pay are just two components of Industrious's overall compensation package. • Ensuring a hygienically perfect working environment at all times and consistently implementing all safety and hygiene protocols.
• This role is a full-time role with 40 hours/week performed on-site five days a week. Candidates should live in or within easy reach of the city specified for this role.
• This position . The salary for this role is €39,000 + performance bonus. On top of that, you'll enjoy a range of perks, including Employee Assistance Programme, corporate events, Learning & Development Grant, regular training, transport allowance.
