Role Summary

📍 Remote or Berlin | ⏱ 15-20 hours/week | Start: now | Duration: at least 6 months

We are now looking for a dedicated working student in Medicine / Digital Health (m/f/d) who will support our clinical and research team in the development of evidence-based digital health solutions.

You work at the interface of medicine, science and product development and help prepare scientific findings for digital applications with real benefits for patients - especially in the context of chronic diseases and behavioral health care.

👤 What you should bring

You are enrolled and are in at least the third semester of a course of study, ideally in human medicine, health sciences, psychology, public health, nutritional sciences or a comparable course of study

  • You are interested in evidence-based medicine, clinical research and digital health applications
  • You can confidently read, understand, write and concisely summarize scientific texts in German and English
  • You work carefully, structured and reliably, especially when it comes to sources, references and formal requirements
  • You speak German at a native level and English very well, both spoken and written
  • Ideally, you have some experience with PubMed, Google Scholar, Cochrane Library or Zotero
  • You have knowledge of study methodology, statistics, R or Python

Responsibilities

  • Literature and evidence research in scientific databases, guidelines and other reliable sources
  • Reviewing, summarizing and preparing studies, guidelines and medical information
  • Maintenance, checking and formatting of bibliographies as well as support in citation management
  • Support with medical-scientific, patient-centered and digital care concepts
  • Research on medical, healthcare-related and regulatory issues in the area of digital health
  • Participation in presentations, internal documentation, scientific manuscripts and research projects
  • Support in the development and revision of evidence-based content for digital interventions and patient communication
