Role Summary
As a team member in our diverse Medical Affairs department, you will make a significant contribution to advancing medical developments with your skills and passion.
Demonstrate your know-how and become part of our Medical Excellence & Operations Team as a Medical Evidence & Project Advisor (all genders) at the Wiesbaden location:
Look forward to exciting and varied tasks
- Evidence management, i.e. the design of strategic and long-term evidence planning under the leadership of cross-functional teams
- Methodical advice on non-interventional study designs and initiatives in the area of real-world evidence (RWE)
- Close, cross-company collaboration with various medical departments and other specialist departments
Operational project management of research projects and non-interventional studies (NIS), i.e. the coordination, implementation and monitoring of these initiatives
Operational project management of investigator-initiated studies (IIS), i.e. the coordination of local activities and close coordination with international stakeholders
Collaboration with external providers and research partners
Planning and conducting training courses and workshops on RWE-related topics
Ideally you also bring
Knowledge of the ICH (International Council for Harmonization) and GCP (Good Clinical Practice) guidelines as well as the EU CTR (European regulation on clinical trials)
Statistics knowledge

Requirements
- We look forward to seeing you if you
- have successfully completed a university degree in the medical or scientific field
- have at least 3 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry, a CRO (Contract Research Organization) or a comparable area
- are familiar with various non-interventional study designs and their requirements
- can demonstrate concrete experience in the area of RWE that goes beyond NIS (e.g. collaboration with registries, secondary data analyses, etc.)
have a clearly structured, goal-oriented way of working, which you already use successfully in the area of operational project management and in the area of methodical/strategic planning
- have high teamwork, presentation and communication skills, as well as resilience and flexibility
- are familiar with MS Office programs as well as AI-supported tools and systems in everyday work
- have business fluent English and German skills
