Role Summary

• Independent implementation of measures for maintenance, inspection and repair of equipment
• Metalworking (welding, cutting and chipping work as well as pneumatic and hydraulic work)
• Application of electronic measurement, testing and diagnostic procedures
• Checking, repairing, parameterizing and adjusting equipment
• Monitoring of the systems through regular operational tours
• Assistance with installation, conversion and commissioning of operating equipment
• Support in maintaining maintenance documentation
• Compliance and optimization of occupational safety
• Implementation and continuous improvement of autonomous maintenance (AIH) and planned maintenance (GIH)
• Adhere to and optimize the 5S method
• Supervision of trainees in the area of responsibility
• Carrying out the on-call service to carry out maintenance measures for the entire department

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a mechatronics engineer (m/f/d)
• Several years of professional experience in the field of electrical, measurement and control technology
• Good PLC knowledge / knowledge of drive technology
• Teamwork, physical resilience
• Independent and responsible way of working
