Role Summary

As part of your job, you will support the administration and control of our physical access authorization systems and will be available to respond to relevant inquiries.
You will be actively involved in the operational coordination of the locking system, including managing keys and maintaining and updating locking plans.
In the day-to-day business of physical security, you will support the team, particularly in processing applications for access rights and keys.
Your tasks also include careful documentation and conscientious maintenance of data in our security and access management systems.
In addition, you will be actively involved in the analysis and optimization of existing processes in the area of key and access management.
With your ideas, you will contribute to the digitalization and further development of our security processes and work on innovative projects.
Last but not least, you will support communication and coordination with internal departments as well as external partner organizations and service companies.
Requirements
- Education: Studies in the field of security management, security management, risk management, facility management or comparable
- Experience and know-how: confident use of MS Office; Basic understanding of process flows is an advantage
- Personality and way of working: you work independently, structured and conscientiously, act absolutely reliably and discreetly, are communicative and service-oriented, keep a cool head even in unexpected situations and think analytically by questioning facts
- Everyday work: your presence on site is required
- Enthusiasm: for the issues of physical security
- Languages: business fluent German and very good English

- Duration: 6 months (exclusively compulsory internship according to SPO)
