Mandatory internship - Industrial Engineering

Role Summary

We are looking for an intern (m/f/d) from June to actively support our team in the area of industrial engineering on various topics and projects.

As part of a compulsory internship lasting approximately 6 months (also a combination of a compulsory internship with a voluntary internship), we offer you the attractive opportunity to ideally combine and expand theoretically acquired knowledge with different facets of practice.

The following activities are the focus here

• Support in the development, implementation and piloting of a framework for creating test applications in series production and in the R&D area
• Participation in the conception and development of solutions for various test modules
• Integration and further development of existing modules into the framework
• Carrying out software and system tests to ensure functionality and quality
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and training materials
• Accompaniment and support in piloting the framework in practical use
• Processing feedback to continuously improve the system

Requirements

• Are you wondering whether you are suitable for an internship in industrial engineering? Here are key qualifications we are looking for:
• Ongoing studies in the field of (business) engineering, IT, business administration or a comparable field
• Good knowledge of programming with C# and .NET (Core)
• Confident use of the English language for communication, documentation and team collaboration
• Structured and independent way of working

Other optional requirements

• Experience with IPC technologies such as gRPC and WCF
• Knowledge of interface technologies such as WinForms and WPF
• Basic knowledge of common project management methods and basics
