Manager SAP Technology (w/m/d)

Role Summary

• With your responsibility for our team of around 10 SAP Basis administrators, you will ensure clear technical and organizational leadership
• Your role also includes sales activities, employee management and project management of our SAP technology projects
• As a project manager, you will actively participate in SAP projects and evaluate technological innovations in the SAP environment
• With your strategic perspective, you support the development and implementation of our team strategy
• You will provide our customers with competent advice on SAP technology topics and contribute your expertise in a solution-oriented manner

You develop AI-supported solution approaches and automations, critically evaluate their added value and application limits and derive concrete impulses from them to further develop existing processes and establish new ones

Consulting means flexibility: Your project assignment depends on our customers and your project situation - you work throughout Germany in our offices, at the customer's site and from home

Requirements

• A completed degree in (business) computer science or a comparable course of study forms the basis for your entry
• Your several years of experience as a project manager and/or manager in the SAP technology environment strengthens our project excellence
• With your know-how about SAP HANA databases and S/4 HANA systems, you bring valuable specialist knowledge to our team
• Additional knowledge of SAP RISE, BTP or the SAP Integration Suite is an advantage that you can use profitably
• You know how to use AI tools in a targeted and reflective manner, evaluate results critically and effectively incorporate current technological developments and innovative impulses into your work, projects and customer solutions
• Your very good knowledge of German (comparable to level C1) and good knowledge of English complete your profile
