Role Summary
In this versatile role, you will lead projects at the interface of administrative modernization, digitalization, funding, regional development and official transformation processes. You work closely with federal and state ministries, development banks, municipalities and other actors in the funding and authority context.
You manage and support demanding projects in the public sector - from digitalization projects to strategic funding, regional development or organizational projects as well as within the framework of funding management services
Another focus is on the design of modern, digital funding and administrative processes throughout the entire funding process, from project development to application to verification
- You analyze complex funding landscapes and develop solutions that sustainably improve impact, efficiency, user focus and inter-institutional collaboration
- Your responsibilities include managing stakeholders at federal, state and local levels, as well as moderating workshops, dialogue formats and governance rounds
- To implement your projects, you will use methods from service design, process automation, data analysis and platform architectures
You will also actively support the further development of our consulting business in the areas of digitalization, funding, regional development and transformation programs
Last but not least, you will be successfully involved in acquisition, preparation of offers and business development
Consulting means flexibility: Your project assignment depends on our customers and your project situation - you work throughout Germany in our offices, at the customer's site and from home
Requirements
- You have successfully completed a degree in administrative sciences, economics or social sciences, political science, public management or a comparable course of study related to administration, funding or digitalization
- In addition, you have several years of external consulting experience in projects relating to funding, digital funding architectures, administrative digitalization or comparable transformation topics
- You are distinguished by in-depth knowledge of funding management services, regional funding and funding controlling as well as a strong understanding of funding logic, administrative processes, user focus and platforms
- You are able to bring together political, technical and organizational requirements, strategically understand complex relationships and implement them operationally effectively
- Experience in managing complex stakeholder landscapes and governance structures at federal, state and local levels is also part of your profile
- In addition, you have already taken on responsibility for managing consulting projects
- You also bring with you a reliable network of decision-makers in a professional context
- You will of course be willing to actively participate in the expansion of our business, customer contact and the further development of the team
- Strong communicative and analytical skills as well as a confident demeanor at decision-making levels are among your strengths
- We require very good knowledge of German, convincing presentation skills and good knowledge of English
