Manager IT Management Consulting (m/w/d)

Role Summary

In this responsible position, you will be responsible for the digital transformation of our customers and lead IT projects to success from conception to implementation

You work together with our management consulting team in the area of CIO Advisory and contribute your expertise in one of our key topics such as IT strategy, IT transformation, data governance, digitization of processes or in the area of IT performance management

You also manage (partial) projects with interdisciplinary teams for customers from all industries and speak the language of IT

Together with other team members and our customers, you will develop and implement strategic, organizational and procedural solutions to current technological or commercial challenges

In addition, you will acquire new projects and win new customers independently or in close cooperation with the colleagues responsible for the account

Finally, you support colleagues from the team in their professional development as well as in writing studies and articles on the status quo and the future of different industries and relevant (IT) topics

Consulting means flexibility: Your project assignment depends on our customers and your project situation - you work throughout Germany in our offices, at the customer's site and from home

Requirements

• You have successfully completed a degree in economics, (business) computer science or a comparable degree
• In addition, you have at least 5 years of professional experience in the areas of IT transformation, IT strategy, digital process management or IT performance management
• You have extensive and proven experience in IT management consulting, in-house consulting or relevant project experience in IT organizations
• You also have experience in managing and implementing projects including planning, coordination with an understanding of IT organizations and technological developments
• Ideally, you have initial certifications in project or process management, such as ITIL or PRINCE2
• You have strong critical and analytical thinking skills to find innovative and efficient solutions to complex issues
• You think in strategic contexts and understand how to recognize and specifically address the challenges of our customers at decision-making level

You have strong team player skills for working in multifunctional teams, leading project teams, as well as strong presentation and communication skills coupled with a high level of persuasion
