Manager Compensation & Benefits (m/w/d)

Role Summary

Our client is an internationally successful services company (B2B) with headquarters in Frankfurt/Main. The constant growth also requires the constant further development of the structures in the Total Reward area. We are looking for personalities who design things with heart and hand and then implement them!

Responsibilities

• Development, maintenance and implementation of compensation strategies and guidelines (including fixed and variable compensation)
• Leadership and development of the team
• Establishment and further development of a job grading/job evaluation system
• Ensuring compliance with national legal requirements, collective agreements and company agreements
• Ongoing market studies/benchmarking as well as analysis of internal data, gap analyses, identifying trends

Initiating and managing projects, e.g. B. Standardization, introduction or optimization of C&B systems

Requirements

• You have several years of professional and preferably some management experience
• You have experience with job grading/job evaluation systems
• They draw on experience with collective agreements, works agreements, compensation and bonus models
• You have experience with HR systems/tools: e.g. E.g. SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, Excel/Power BI etc.
• You act with the ability to integrate and convince stakeholders
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English will enable you to appear convincingly
