Maintenance Technician - Junín (Mining)

Role Summary

Carry out preventive maintenance scheduled per month (internal or external), depending on your specialty, with the aim of ensuring the continuity of the operation of laboratory equipment (sample drying ovens, muffles, digestion plates, shaker stirrers and magnetic stirrers).

Perform tasks assigned by the coordinator for program compliance, resolution of Fracttal requests, improvements and implementations.

Comply with the area's annual objectives, so that SGS facilities and equipment are not affected by unforeseen shutdowns.

Use Fracttal software to manage maintenance activities.

Carry out maintenance on extraction systems, dust/lead collection, gas scrubbers, vacuum pumps, hydraulic pumps, engines, generator sets, crushers, etc.

Preparation of preventive maintenance report upon completion of the service.

Properly fill out the work and closing orders with the signature of the area coordinator.

Place the preventive maintenance labels at the end of the work, ensuring correct filling on the date of completion and next maintenance.

Respond to emergency calls as appropriate.

Execution of plant activities in relation to emergency calls.

Carry out trips to provinces and mining sites on site to develop scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Mechanical/electrician/electronic technician for maintenance, production or similar.
• Preferably in PLC, balancing, vibrational analysis, industrial automation courses.
• 01 year of experience in a similar field.
• With knowledge in bench and adjustment, welding, adjustments and tolerances, equipment alignment, hydraulics, pneumatics and gas installations. Maintenance of extraction systems, dust/lead collection, gas scrubbers, vacuum pumps, hydraulic pumps, motors, generator sets, crushers, etc.
