Lubrication System Maintenance Technician

Role Summary

Lubrication activities such as greasing, oil change, oil sampling, filter change, filterography, field inspections, leak corrections, etc.

Compliance with the annual lubrication program assigned to each fleet.

Extraction and monitoring of samples of used oils and fats according to the annual program.

• Assemble and install lubrication accessories (automatic lubricators, pitot tubes, levels, filters, etc.)
• Visual inspections in the field (condition of automatic lubricators, levels, filter condition, oil color, etc.)
• Assemble and install lubrication accessories (automatic lubricators, pitot tubes, levels, filters, etc.)

Monitoring of grease consumption in automatic lubricators.

Mandatory compliance with work permit forms according to MCP policies.

Comply with the policies of MCP and its contractor company in terms of safety, health, environment and other policies.

Drive truck in the mining operation.

Requirements

Mechanical Technician or similar with certifications and/or sustained training, with experience in lubrication and maintenance of heavy equipment machinery and plant maintenance.

• A2B license or later (Desirable)
• Minimum experience of 3 years
• MLA 1 or MLT1 Certification (Desirable)
• Knowledge of Lubrication Systems Maintenance
