Pucaro Elektro-Isolierstoffe GmbH in Roigheim (Heilbronn district) is one of the world market leaders in the field of electrical insulating materials and part of the global Hitachi Energy Group. Our products are used in transformers in energy transmission and distribution as well as in motors and generators for electrical devices and electromobility.

You can do that

  • Setup, operation, conversion and maintenance of production machines and systems (e.g. processing, assembly or packaging systems)
  • Ensuring compliance with quality and customer requirements as well as production goals (volume, costs, waste)
  • Movement, packaging and sorting of raw materials or finished products
  • Monitoring of product quality, detection and elimination of errors and, if necessary, reproduction
  • Order bookings in the SAP system
  • Error diagnosis, troubleshooting and optimization of production processes
  • Ensuring a smooth production process and compliance with occupational safety regulations
  • Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis

This is what you bring with you

  • Successfully completed vocational training in the industrial sector
  • Several years of experience in the operation and maintenance of machines and systems
  • Quick comprehension, strong quality awareness and ability to work in a team
  • Willingness to work shifts (full accounts)
  • Fluent knowledge of spoken and written German
  • Ability to quickly identify and resolve faults and analyze problems independently
