Role Summary

During your training to become a cutting machine operator (m/f/d), you will become part of a modern production team and learn how high-precision components for complex intralogistics systems are created. You will help ensure that our machines and systems function reliably worldwide - through accuracy, technical understanding and the use of innovative CNC technology.

Responsibilities

• Learning the basics of machining technology such as turning, milling and grinding
• Operating and programming modern CNC machines
• Manufacturing precise components from different materials
• Working with computer-aided manufacturing processes
• Checking workpieces for dimensional accuracy and quality
• Reading and understanding technical drawings
• Optimize manufacturing processes together as a team

Requirements

• Technical college entrance qualification or a qualified secondary school diploma
• Interest in technology, machines and manufacturing processes
• Good spatial imagination
• Careful and precise working methods
• Craftsmanship
• Motivation to learn new things and develop further
• Teamwork and reliability
• Interested in understanding how complex components are manufactured efficiently
