Role Summary

• Act independently when loading and unloading trucks, containers and wagons
• Storage of finished products and merchandise
• Safe operation of storage facilities and industrial trucks
• Assisting with inventories and product range checks
• Implementation and documentation of load securing when loading vehicles and containers
• Picking orders for shipping
• Responsible for the daily operational readiness of the assigned industrial truck
• Acceptance of returns
• Ensuring 5S standards in the workplace
• Carrying out autonomous maintenance in the event of minor disruptions and maintenance work at the workplace
• Participation in the continuous improvement of processes to increase quality, efficiency and sustainability as well as in the reduction of waste and waste
• Participation in the description of processes and procedures
• Compliance with Sika rules and legal requirements, especially regarding occupational safety, environmental protection and energy management

Requirements

• Completed training as a warehouse clerk (m/f/d), warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d) or comparable training
• Several years of professional experience in the logistics sector
• Forklift license
• Safe handling in logistics operations and with industrial trucks
• Implementing, complying with and optimizing 5S
• Collaboration in ensuring delivery capability
• Teamwork, physical resilience, reliability
• Independent, responsible and safe way of working
