Logistics Sr Assistant

Role Summary

Guide the daily live operation, analyzing key indicators to coordinate agile responses to incidents and ensure service continuity.

Identify root causes of operational deviations and implement continuous improvement initiatives that optimize logistics processes.

Monitor the demand and connectivity of the delivery team, executing adjustments in real time that guarantee efficient coverage by area and time.

Collaborate with various areas, providing visibility of the status of the operation and preparing periodic reports on operational performance.

Contribute to the planning and stability of the fleet, proposing adjustments adapted to demand and external factors.

Requirements

• Professional in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration or related careers.
• Previous experience in analytical or operational roles, ideally in real-time operations management, logistics or technology industries.
• Solid use of data analysis tools and ability to make decisions based on indicators.
• Ability to solve problems, assertive communication and cross-functional teamwork.
• Availability to work flexible and rotating schedules based on the needs of the live operation.
