Role Summary

Do you know payroll accounting and DATEV from practice – and do you enjoy explaining and passing on your knowledge?

At Masters of Digital you can develop your payroll accounting experience in a new direction: Together with our lecturers, you will build a new training course around payroll, digital payroll accounting and DATEV.

After the course has been set up, you will accompany the course as a permanent technical contact: you will support participants in learning, carry out tutoring, correct tasks and continuously develop the course.

You don't need many years of experience in adult education. If you have a professional background in payroll accounting, enjoy working with people and are interested in digital learning formats, we would like to get to know you.

About MOD

Masters of Digital has been offering practical training in various digital professional fields for several years. Our academy combines digital self-learning with live sessions, tutoring and personal learning support.

We are now expanding our course portfolio to include Payroll & Digital Payroll Accounting with DATEV and are rebuilding this further training area.

Responsibilities

Your role at MOD

• The position combines payroll accounting, course development and learning support.
• At MOD this role is called Product Manager (Learning Experience). You will contribute your technical payroll expertise and thereby shape both the development of our new course and the subsequent learning support of our participants.
• First: You develop a new course with us
• Together with one of our lecturers you will develop the course “Payroll & Digital Payroll Accounting with DATEV”. Thereby:
• you develop and structure learning content, exercises and tests,
• you bring in your practical experience from payroll accounting,
• you make sure that content is conveyed in an understandable and practical way,
• you develop new exercises and use cases,

you support the implementation of the content on our digital learning platform.

• Afterwards: You accompany the course and our participants
• Once the course is running, you will increasingly take on tasks in Learning Experience Management. These include:
• professional individual sessions with participants,
• Tutoring and learning support,
• Correction and evaluation of tasks,
• Acceptance and evaluation of final examinations,
• answering technical questions,
• Coordination of sessions and appointments,
• Updating and continually improving course content.
• You are not solely responsible for the lessons, but rather work closely with our lecturers and the Academy team.

Requirements

That's what you bring with you professionally

• You have at least 1-2 years of practical experience in payroll accounting or payroll accounting.
• You know DATEV well to very well from practice.
• You have very good knowledge of German.
• You can orient yourself using English-language digital tools and technical terms.
• You have completed commercial or professional training, a degree or a comparable qualification.
• What is also important to us: joy in imparting knowledge
• Experience as a tutor, trainer or teacher is welcome, but not a requirement. Maybe you have trained colleagues, explained DATEV to others or noticed that imparting knowledge is easy for you.
• You are a particularly good fit for us if you:
• you like to explain things in an understandable way and support people in learning,
• communicate openly and appreciatively,
• you are curious about digital tools, AI and new ways of working,
• you enjoy working on new topics,
• You want to actively participate in adult education,
