Role Summary

You are responsible for the management and coordination of logistics and maintenance projects in the SASPF area (Bundeswehr Materials Management)

You will provide technical advice on SASPF logistics and maintenance projects for the Bundeswehr and support our customers in analyzing and evaluating complex issues and creating specialist concepts and processes

As part of the further development of the MDM strategy in the Bundeswehr context and the introduction of new technologies and standards, you will work closely with the Bundeswehr's specialist departments, IT teams and external partners

  • You take on responsible roles and tasks in logistics projects and their procedural or technical solutions across all project phases
  • Your area of responsibility also includes managing interdisciplinary teams and taking responsibility for the development of employees
  • Observing and analyzing the market to identify new potential as well as customer developments, requirements and trends is a matter of course for you
  • Support in planning, managing and processing complex tenders rounds off your profile

Consulting means flexibility: Your project assignment depends on our customers and your project situation - you work throughout Germany in our offices, at the customer's site and from home

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed a degree or comparable training in the field of business, logistics or IT
  • In addition, you have several years of professional experience in the area of master data management, logistics, materials management (SAP), ideally in the Bundeswehr or in comparable organizations
  • You have knowledge of SAP/SASPF in one of the MM/PM/QM/WM modules
  • Several years of experience in advising the Bundeswehr in the area of quality and master data management (SAP/SASPF) characterize your profile and enable you to have a deep understanding of complex requirements in security-relevant IT environments
  • You have already demonstrated your organizational and communication skills by managing projects and leading teams
  • The structured transfer of knowledge is part of your professional self-image - you share your know-how in a targeted manner and thus promote the further development of colleagues and project teams
  • A professional background as a former soldier, civil servant or employee of the Bundeswehr or federal companies with qualifications in the field of SASPF is desirable
  • Very good knowledge of German (from C1 level) and knowledge of English round off your profile
