Responsibilities
- Unpacking, viewing, sorting and, if necessary, barcoding orders and samples
- Manual entry of orders in the LIS (Laboratory Information System) as well as electronic order entry via order scanning and direct activation of online orders in the LIS
- Centrifugation of the sample tubes with subsequent automated sub-distribution
- Pre-analytical preliminary testing of the quality and suitability of the sample material for analysis
- Logistical processing of requested analyzes with the help of the sample archive
- Clarification of unclear orders by telephone contact with the sender, as well as contact person for inquiries/problem solving from our customers
- Proper storage and disposal of samples
Requirements
- You enjoy working in a team, have initiative and can imagine taking on responsibility
- You approach new tasks and challenges with openness and curiosity - we can of course guarantee you structured training
- You demonstrate willingness to participate in early and late shifts as well as Saturday, Sunday and public holiday shifts as part of a regulated roster
- You communicate confidently in German – both verbally and in writing
