Role Summary

As a laboratory assistant / CTA / BTA (m/f/d) with us...

• You will be responsible for processing food samples independently and on time using different methods
• you are responsible for sample preparation, extraction and purification
• You document the completed process sections and maintain the data in the in-house laboratory information system (LIMS)
• you carry out quality assurance measures
• you take part in interlaboratory tests/laboratory comparison studies
• You support the optimization of laboratory processes and the development of further procedures in collaboration with the respective specialist departments

Requirements

You're right for us if you...

• You can demonstrate successfully completed training as a chemical laboratory technician, CTA, BTA (m/f/d) or similar
• have very good spoken and written knowledge of German (at least B2) and ideally advanced knowledge of English
• have initial knowledge of chemical analysis
• can handle MS Office (Excel, Outlook) - you may even have had some initial experience with a laboratory information system (LIMS).
• you are motivated to support other departments, embrace changes and learn new things
• You can also work in shifts (up to a maximum of 10 p.m.) or staggered working hours (in some areas).
