Role Summary

Lecos GmbH is a service provider and consultant for the use of information technology to modernize local administration. Highly qualified employees, extensive industry knowledge and professionalism form the foundation of our work. We are looking for an inserting operator (f/m/d) to join our team.

Responsibilities

• You will be with us…
• Operate and control inserting machines.
• carry out minor maintenance work on the machines.
• Monitor the machine functions during the production run and carry out regular quality controls.
• Analyze and resolve error messages independently.

prepare the created shipments for shipping, i.e. for

• Pack the respective customer and courier according to the specifications,
• sort, frank if necessary and send.
• Receive and store goods.
• coordinate the organization of daily work tasks together with the team.
• Communicate with our suppliers and service providers to coordinate questions or adjustments.

Requirements

• This is what you bring with you...
• Completed technical training, preferably in the area of print processing or as a machine and plant operator.
• Ideally, knowledge of how to operate inserting machines (Kern 656 Retrofit and/or Kern 1600) and franking machines.
• a high level of commitment and initiative as well as a reliable, structured and precise way of working.
• Enjoy a varied and physically active activity.
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system if necessary (large projects such as the federal election).
• Empathy, friendliness and politeness to integrate you well into an existing team
• good communication skills as well as very good knowledge of German and always act in a service-oriented manner.
